Our History
Many from the local community remember when the property where the Café stands was owned by Edgar Landis. Edgar had a small butcher shop and sold PA Dutch homestyle foods. Landis Supermarket ran the small grocery store/deli that stood beside Edgar’s. Marcho eventually purchased the property and evolved the market into the Café restaurant/ convenience store. When Marcho decided to close the Cafe in 2013, Andrew and Pam saw an opportunity to expand their already thriving business at the Towne and branch out into a new territory. The community was happy to have their meeting place saved.

Who We Are Today

The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch only, Monday thru Saturday serving diner style American cuisine with a Pennsylvania Dutch flair. 240 seats and 18 counter seats accommodate everyone from the single walk in, to business meetings, parties, and large gatherings.
The market/store is for anyone seeking “grab and go” convenience. Coffee, Hot Sandwiches from the Grill, Hoagies, Wraps, Salads, Hot Soup and Chili, Soda, Water, Smoothies, Milkshakes, etc… The staff can also take menu to-go orders by walk in or phone call. |
